License and identity details, services, prices and coverage area are reviewed before a profile can appear in search. Sensitive application details are never displayed publicly.
When is a booking confirmed?
A request remains pending until the selected professional accepts it. The client receives the confirmed appointment details after acceptance.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel a pending request before it is accepted. For a confirmed appointment, contact support or submit a change request from your account.
What if my area is not available?
