Cancellation Policy

Independent professionals, salon owners, salon managers and salon team members must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Before confirmation
A client may cancel a pending request without charge before a professional confirms it.
After confirmation
For a confirmed appointment, the client should submit a cancellation request from the account page or contact Support. If SaRose receives the request at least 24 hours before the appointment start time, captured service payments, including the deposit, are eligible for a full refund. If the request is received less than 24 hours before the appointment, or the client does not attend, the 20% booking deposit may be retained as a cancellation charge where permitted by law. The original appointment remains active until the cancellation is approved.
Rescheduling
A client may request a new future date and time from the account page. The original appointment remains active while the request is reviewed. A new time is not confirmed until the request is approved and availability is rechecked.
Professional cancellation
If the professional cancels or cannot provide the confirmed service, the booking is marked cancelled and captured service payments, including the deposit, are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. The client may also request a new appointment.
Fees, refunds and service concerns
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the bank. Partial refunds may apply when only part of a captured service or tip is returned. The 24-hour rule may be adjusted when required by law or when SaRose confirms an emergency, duplicate charge, payment error or other exceptional circumstance. Service quality, cancellation or payment concerns may be submitted through Support and are reviewed using booking and payment records and available evidence.
