SaRose Beauty is a marketplace that helps clients request at-home or salon appointments from independent beauty and wellness professionals. SaRose is not the provider of the booked beauty service. Each professional or salon decides whether to accept a request and is responsible for the service, licensing, sanitation, listed location and applicable facility rules.
Eligibility and accounts
Clients must be at least 16 years old. A client who is 16 or 17 may use SaRose only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian and where permitted by applicable law. Independent professionals, salon owners and salon team members must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account and keep their mobile number current. Professional access is subject to review of submitted identity and professional-license details, but professionals remain responsible for keeping credentials current.
Booking requests
A booking request is not final until the professional confirms it. Submitting the request does not charge the client. After confirmation, the client pays the displayed booking deposit through Stripe Checkout. After the service is marked completed, the remaining balance is due and the client may add an optional tip. The confirmed service price, travel fee, deposit, remaining balance, tip and any approved refund are shown in the client account before each payment.
Payments and payouts
Stripe processes client payments and professional payout verification. SaRose does not store full card or bank-account numbers. SaRose deducts an 18% platform fee from the service portion of each connected-account transfer. No SaRose platform fee is deducted from an optional tip. Stripe processing fees, payout timing, bank delays, disputes and verification requirements also apply. A payment is complete only after SaRose receives Stripe's verified confirmation.

Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit false credentials, impersonate another person, harass others, misuse safety tools or use the service for unlawful activity.
Changes, cancellations and account action
Booking changes and cancellations follow the posted Cancellation Policy. SaRose may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unsafe conduct, invalid credentials, misuse of the service or violations of these terms.
Service concerns and legal rights
Clients should report service concerns promptly through Support. Emergency situations must be directed to 911 because SaRose is not an emergency-response service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every request will be accepted or that the service will always be uninterrupted. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
